Workshops, Tours & Groups

EcoArk Saskatchewan is compiling its first year’s workshop schedule. Workshop topics will include survival skills, First Nations’ wilderness skills, craft making with natural materials, food preservation and storage techniques, soap making, knifecraft, firecraft and more. Those interested in instructing should contact workshops@EcoArksaskatchewan.com and indicate their areas of expertise. Those interested in attending should keep their eyes on local media and check back to this website for more details.

Despite being a place of business and private residence, EcoArk Saskatchewan will have a larger role to play. We feel it is the responsibility of those with information to share it with those who desire it. In the research and construction of EcoArk Saskatchewan, we have learned – and continue to learn – countless methods to be better global citizens and protect our world. If we do not strive to protect our resources, how can we expect to survive in their absence?

As construction progresses, EcoArk Saskatchewan will be offering school tours and on-site lectures about sustainable design and methods for better living on a year-round basis (by appointment).

Tours will showcase the closed-system approach to daily life and will illustrate what everyone can do – regardless what kind of home they have – to live more responsibly. .

For 200 years we've been conquering Nature.  Now we're beating it to death.
